Initial fees for services are up to 50% refundable within 15 days of the initial purchase date, excluding services already rendered. After the 15-day period, the fees paid are non-refundable. We recommend fully utilizing our products and services within the first 15 days of purchase to determine their suitability for you or your business.

If you choose to purchase goods or services from third parties in conjunction with our offerings, you agree to be bound by any applicable agreements (referred to as “Third Party Agreements”) that you may need to accept to access those third-party services, along with any guidelines or rules associated with such information, products, or services.

The third party may contact you via email or phone regarding the Third Party Agreements or their offerings. Taxfully disclaims liability for any information, materials, products, or services provided as part of these third-party services. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been an incorrect billing or have inquiries regarding your bill from Taxfully, please contact our billing department at 212 287 9529 to resolve any issues before contacting your credit card company. Charges from Taxfully will appear as “Taxfully” on your billing statement.

Qualification

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Taxfully Platform, products, and services.

Offerings/Solutions

The details of the Services included in your subscription are provided in your purchase receipt. Your eligibility for specific Services is subject to our final acceptance and approval. To access and use the Taxfully Platform or Applications.

You are responsible for providing the necessary equipment for internet connectivity. Access to the Taxfully Platform, Applications, and certain services may be limited or delayed due to internet and electronic communication issues. We are not liable for any delays, data loss, service timeliness, or failure to store your data or personalization settings.

We also make no representations, warranties, or assurances regarding the availability of the Platform as it may be limited or unavailable due to factors beyond our control, such as telecommunications, hardware, or software failures.

You acknowledge that certain services require your active cooperation. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to ensure the proper provision of our services. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information submitted for tax preparation services, including W-2s, 1099s, and other supporting tax documents imported from financial institutions.

If you choose to electronically import tax documents, it is your responsibility to review the accuracy of the information before filing.

Certain tasks may require your participation and involve filing documents with government agencies or other entities. You are responsible for all filing fees and any third-party fees associated with such tasks.

The materials provided on the Taxfully Platform and Applications should not be considered investment advice or legal advice, and they should not be interpreted as an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities from us.

Smartphone Application

Your ability to access and utilize the Taxfully Applications relies on various factors, including the proper functioning of your computer, mobile device, home Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth connection, and related equipment. Furthermore, the availability of the Applications is contingent upon the services provided by your Internet service provider and mobile device carrier.

Third-Party Beneficiary: Both Taxfully and you acknowledge and consent to Apple and its subsidiaries being third-party beneficiaries of this License Agreement, with Apple having the right to enforce the Terms outlined herein against you.

Prohibition of Illegal Use; User-generated Material

By utilizing the Taxfully Site or Applications, you warrant that you will not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities as stipulated by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in automatic termination of your permission to use the Site or Applications.

You are explicitly prohibited from engaging in activities such as decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the Site or Applications. Additionally, disabling licensing or control features, and merging the Site.

Applications with other programs, removing copyright notices, sublicensing, assigning, distributing, or otherwise transferring access to the Site. Applications to third parties without proper authorization are strictly forbidden. Furthermore, you must not employ the Site or Applications in a manner that violates applicable laws or engage in fraudulent, illegal, malicious, or negligent behavior.

Taxfully and its affiliates retain all rights to the Site and Applications, and in the event of any violations, they reserve the right to pursue legal action.

Any other use, including modification or creation of derivative works, inclusion of such content on other websites, or utilization for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Proprietary Rights

The trade names, trademarks, and logos featured on the Taxfully Site and Applications are protected under both United States. This includes Taxfully’s trademarks, service marks, and trade dress.

All content displayed on the Site and Applications, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Taxfully or its licensors, safeguarded by copyright laws.

The presence of Trademarks and content on the Site and Applications does not grant any license or rights to utilize these intellectual properties. Unauthorized use of meta tags or hidden text associated with the Trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, modification, publication, or creation of derivative works based on the content. Without prior written authorization from Taxfully is expressly prohibited and may result in the violation of trademark, patent, and copyright laws.

You understand that Taxfully does not conduct procedures to detect irregularities in tax preparation services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect the information provided is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We may also refuse or terminate our services for any reason without explanation, including violations of our terms.

User Profile; Account Access and Protection

Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password is vital for your account’s protection. You are responsible for ensuring the proper closure of your account after each session and immediately notifying Taxfully. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in loss or damage for which Taxfully will not be held responsible.

Transactions with External Parties

Your interactions and engagements with third parties found on or through Taxfully’s Site or Applications are solely your responsibility. Taxfully is not liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of these interactions. You agree to indemnify Taxfully against any claims arising from such transactions in our terms and conditions.

Agreement to Telephonic Communications

By providing your telephone number(s) to Taxfully, you acknowledge and authorize us to contact you using automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or pre-recorded voice messages, and automated text messaging systems.

We may contact you to provide information about your Client Account, promotional offers, transactions, and your relationship with Taxfully. You agree to receive such calls and text messages, even if you cancel your account or terminate your relationship with us.

You authorize us to contact you using any telephone numbers you provide or have provided to us in connection with your Account. Please note that anyone with access to your telephone may listen to or read the messages we leave or send you. We shall not be liable for any third-party access to your telephone. Your consent to receive promotional automated marketing calls/texts is not a condition of purchasing our Services.

Dispute Resolution through Arbitration; Exclusion of Class Actions

Taxfully and you agree to resolve all disputes and claims through arbitration before a single arbitrator. By accepting these terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

American Arbitration Association control the administration. Commercial Arbitration Rules are the governer of this association. And the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The location of the arbitration will be in the county where you reside.

The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. You are responsible for paying any arbitration fees as set forth in the American Arbitration Association Rules. This arbitration provision will remain in effect even after the termination of these terms.

Successors and Assigns: This agreement shall benefit Taxfully, its successors, and assigns. We reserve the right to assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to any party.
